Brandon began his career in recruitment in 2007 in business development. Over time, he expanded his responsibilities to include management of corporate functions and regional payroll. He played a pivotal role in establishing an outsourcing division within a multinational recruitment firm, managing a payroll portfolio valued at $22 million annually.
With his extensive industry knowledge, Brandon excels in designing and implementing customized staff augmentation solutions that align with the unique requirements of each client.
